What we do with what you send us.

What the form collects

Your name, your company if you give one, your email address and your phone number — and then the enquiry itself: the commodity, the quantity, where it is going, when you need it, and any specification or message you add.

Why we ask for it

To answer your enquiry. That is the only reason, and the form asks for nothing an enquiry does not need.

Where it goes

Into an Aismax email inbox, delivered by Resend, the service that carries the message. It is not written to a database — this site does not have one. Once it arrives, Aismax holds it in that inbox the way it holds any other business correspondence.

What we do not do with it

We do not sell it, we do not pass it to anyone else, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

Cookies

One, and only if you switch language: it remembers whether you chose English or Hausa so the next page does not send you back. There is no advertising cookie and no profiling on this site.

The gallery holds some videos. Those sit on YouTube, and YouTube sets its own cookies — so nothing of theirs loads until you press play. Until you do, you are looking at a still picture served by this site. If you play one, YouTube may set cookies in the ordinary way, and that is their doing rather than ours.

Having it deleted

Call or email using the details below and ask, and we will delete your enquiry from the inbox.
