How we work

One chain, end to end.

Five links. Aismax controls the last two — the storage it holds stock in and the haulage it books — which is what lets it commit to a date.

  1. Sourcing & Purchasing

    Buying directly from smallholder farmers and aggregators at the farm gate across Northern Nigeria.

  2. Aggregation

    Consolidating farm-gate volumes into commercial lots, graded and consistent enough for industrial intake.

  3. Warehousing & Storage

    Dedicated warehouse space, so stock is held and conditioned properly rather than moved on the same day it is bought.

  4. Logistics & Transportation

    Haulage contracted and scheduled by us directly, so the delivery date is ours to commit to rather than someone else's to explain.

  5. Supply & Delivery

    Delivering to the buyer's gate against an agreed specification, quantity and date.
